Free Screenreader
ScreenReader.net are offering a free screenreader, called Thunder, for personal use on XP and Vista computers.
ScreenReader.net claim that Thunder will work with most common Windows software such as Microsoft Word, WordPad, Notepad and Outlook Express. In order to browse the web, users will also need to download WebbIE, a free text browser specifically developed for blind and visually-impaired people.
