		<description>In my honest opinion, which I express in the comments to that A List Apart article, I don't think the specification is right in the first place to take control of what is essentially punctuation. I can understand the reasoning for doing so, but why only for the Q element?

I'm not defending Internet Explorer in the slightest, but for once I think it might be doing what I consider to be the correct behaviour by not following the spec! It's a shame though, because if they did, at least we'd have a level playing field.</description>
