		<description>I agree. The errata can&#039;t possibly provide a proper solution to the problem of cognitive disabilities. All I&#039;m suggesting is that, since the object of the exercise to correct issues in the guidelines, there is some opportunity to correct those that &lt;strong&gt;do&lt;/strong&gt; relate to cognitive disorders. Yes -- it&#039;s short-term tinkering with a flawed model but even a little change now could help whilst a more comprehensive solution is investigated.</description>

Could everyone stop pretending otherwise, please?</description>
