Knitting Pattern Convertor

  1. Knit a 4 x 4 inch swatch using your new yarn, then wash and block it.
  2. Count your stitches and/or rows per inch using a 2 inch section in the middle of the swatch.
  3. Make a note of the pattern's stitches and rows per inch.
  4. If you want a stitch conversion, complete both of the stitch inputs.
  5. If you want a row conversion, complete both of the row inputs.
  6. Use any of the inputs in the other sections to obtain the appropriate conversions.
