Onto Plan B which involves me taking yet another course of antibiotics but timed so that the course is <strong>almost<\/strong> complete by my next appointment (October 9<sup>th<\/sup>). The hope is that the little b****r will have been sufficiently nuked at that point that the local anaesthetic will actually work.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, folks. This saga just runs and runs&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, I&#8217;m currently trying to avoid saying any word that begins with &#8216;f&#8217; (and that sure cuts into my stress relief strategies) as the pronunciation of &#8216;f&#8217; seems to be inexorably linked with the presence of <strong>two<\/strong> front teeth. Smiling broadly is also a &#8220;No-no&#8221; along with laughing unless the mouth is covered.
