I ended up abandoning it for 4 months. In fact I fully intended to frog it but, faced with the prospect of a 2.5 hour return train trip to London, I decided to give it another go. Ripped it right back to the start of the armhole shaping and re-knitted it.<\/p>\n<p>The neckline still isn&#8217;t right. The fit is a bit too loose. And I don&#8217;t like the yarn. So it may still end up in the local charity shop. But at least I finished it!<\/p>\n<p>I think I\u2019ll steer clear of tops worked on circular needles for now. Give me straight needles any day.
