And Another One Bites The Dust
I’ve been discharged from the latest round of physio appointments now that I’ve mastered the exercises for my neck. However, before I left, the therapist told me that I can go back anytime I need help and I won’t need a doctor’s referral.
I don’t know whether to view this as a Good Thing ™ or be worried that I’ve got an open invitation.

Cuurent Mood: Pleased 🙂
I had an appointment at the local orthopaedic unit today. I’ve been going there for about a year now because of the bad wrist which, in turn, resulted in a bout of septicaemia thanks to a steroid injection last October.
The good news is that they’ve decided that the wrist is as good as it’s going to get and that they can safely discharge me.
One less hospital appointment to remember/fit in.
