csexplorer17 simply couldn’t find his way around eShop. He was also completely unable to grasp anything despite being helped by 2 different people in over 25 posts.
But obviously, none of this was his fault, because he did manage to find his way to the WPORG support forums and post exactly the same questions there (along with some quite unnecessary comments) whilst we were still trying to help him!
We stopped trying…
