Something, nothing and everything…

JV obviously had serious problems in his WordPress site setup but wouldn’t accept that this was his core problem. Instead, he just kept on demanding help from “eShop experts”. Not sure who he thought these “experts” would be if not the plugin’s developers.
Then — without any forewarning (& whilst we were still actually trying to help him) — we suddenly received a flood of abusive emails. Funnily enough, when publically asked about these emails, he denied all knowledge of them — even though they had been sent from the same email address he was using on the forum. Then even more emails followed.
And he wondered why he’d been banned from the forums?
